Pricing

Trip-Fee

$75 within 30 miles of Osceola,IN and $2/mile outside 30 Mile radius (a secondary trip fee will be mandatory when returning to install parts that were ordered)

Labor Rate

100/hour with a 1 hour minimum (if problem is fixed within an hour or job is stopped due to needing to order parts then customer is still billed for 1 hour)

Parts

I have access to many RV vendors who supply parts and I can usually get a good deal on parts but these places are 45 min from me so I do charge a $75 parts and delivery fee to pick up parts same or next day (Separate from Trip-Fee)

All parts ordered thru the company will need to be paid upfront before the part will be ordered.

If customer purchased part on their own and wants Rapid Response RV Rescue to install the part then we are not responsible if the part is wrong and the customer will still be billed for the time and Rapid Response RV Rescue is not responsible for any time waisted.
